Agent questions

Do you work prepaid or collect?

Both. Local charges can be collected from the consignee or invoiced to you, as agreed per shipment or in a partner agreement.

Can you handle DAP and DDP shipments into Senegal?

Yes. For DDP we send a duty estimate from the commercial invoice and HS codes, pay duties and taxes once funds are received, and invoice them with the official customs receipts.

Can you deliver to Mali and other landlocked countries?

Yes. We run bonded road transit from the Port of Dakar to Bamako and arrange road delivery to Mauritania, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Guinea.
