Export questions
Can you handle perishable exports by air?
Yes. We book air space from AIBD and coordinate the certificates and cut-off times. Cold chain requirements are agreed before booking.
Who issues the phytosanitary certificate?
The plant protection authority in Senegal issues it after inspection of the goods. We coordinate the inspection with the loading schedule.
Can you stuff the container at our site?
Yes. We organise container delivery to your site, follow the stuffing, record seals and weights and send photos.
Do you work with overseas agents on exports?
Yes. We handle export and cross-trade files under the agent's instructions, and release documents as they direct.
